We had a great experience with Rohit in leasing our 2026 hybrid crv. It was the first time buying/leasing a car where we had a zero nonsense approach. He was flexible, friendly and respectful. We will be continuing to do business with Rohit in the future. Side note - my experience with the service dept has also always been great thus far. Will continue to have the vehicle serviced here.

(SERVICE DEPARTMENT ISSUE) I went in to install just a single bolt which had broken off the battery wires since I was in the area, First I went to buy the bolt from them and they said I’d need a whole new module for 10times the price, (this is fine and understandable). My issue is when I bought the bolt from a shop Nextdoor and came back to get it installed (a ten second job) they told me I would have to get the car looked at by a technician and then only the bolt could be installed for a price. So instead of paying for something I can do at home I went to another shop Next door and got it done for free. Not the best service towards a loyal customer, charging for not even a one minute job. 👎
